BGG Property Group is a locally owned and operated real estate company based in Davidson, North Carolina. We own and manage a small portfolio of well-maintained rental homes in the Davidson area, with a focus on quality upkeep and straightforward, responsive service for our tenants.

We’re a small, owner-operated company rather than a large management firm, which means when you reach out you’re talking directly to the people who own and care for the property — not a call center. That direct relationship shapes how we operate: homes are kept in good repair, questions get answered quickly, and issues get resolved without unnecessary back-and-forth.
